PACKAGING
At The Fashion Eye we always strive to find environmentally friendly solutions for a better shopping experience. All of our Brans pieces are shipped in the standard brand packaging, or in our signature packaging at no additional cost.
SHIPPING METHODS
Deliveries to U.E are handled by DPD. All shipments that are sent by The Fashion Eye are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 14:00 pm GMT.
Orders placed on Friday after 3pm and on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs for orders over €150€ within U.E and U.K are free of charge (standard delivery option only).

TRACK YOUR STATUS
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
